We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

- The property does not meet the user’s expectations
Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your belongings.
Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

- Items purchased with a discount code.
- Underwear
Returns
Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:Pack your belongings and affix the return label provided with the shipment.

- Uhumain is committed to selling superior quality products. Therefore, any item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Any item that is not received in a condition suitable for resale will not be refunded. No exceptions to this rule.
- For any product purchased during a discount period or with a promotional code, we will be happy to offer you an exchange for another size or another product of the same value.
