Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, using a mild detergent and no fabric softener. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Lay flat to dry. Wash with similar colours. Merino wool is naturally antibacterial, so it requires less frequent washing than synthetic garments.
Wear it several times between washes to preserve its natural fibers. Store it flat or folded, away from moisture. Avoid excessive friction with rough surfaces or Velcro.
Some garments, such as running jackets, may cause premature wear at contact points. We have chosen to create a garment that feels exceptionally soft against the skin — this comfort comes with a certain delicacy. Gentle care and mindful use will help extend the life of your garment.
Pilling is a natural occurrence in wool fibers, especially in areas subject to friction. It is therefore normal to see some pilling, particularly at the beginning.

Our supplier has developed a yarn with a nylon core wrapped in 100% merino fibers. This process combines the durability of synthetics with the natural, technical properties of merino wool.
The result: a more stable, higher-performing fabric… with significantly less pilling.
A thermoregulating fiber, like merino wool, adapts to your body’s temperature. It keeps you warm in the cold and cool in the heat. Naturally breathable, it wicks away moisture and helps reduce temperature fluctuations during activity.
We have deep confidence in the quality of our garments. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your merino wool garment within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly offer you a full refund.
If your garment does not withstand normal wear within a reasonable timeframe, we are committed to repairing, exchanging, or replacing it.
You may also return any item purchased directly from uhumain.com, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, within 30 days of the shipping date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, within 90 days of receipt. A return label will be provided if the return is approved. Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned package.
