At Uhumain<\/strong>, we have decided to think outside the box \u2014 far from the cycles imposed by the industry, overproduction and waste.Our launch is taking place in three phases<\/strong> \u2014 at our pace, but especially at yours.<\/p>\n\n

1. A first set of key items, available now<\/h4>\n\n

To kick off the Uhumain adventure, we have chosen to offer a small selection of ready-to-wear pieces<\/strong> in limited quantities<\/strong>.These clothes are already made here, in Canada, and allow the fastest to have a first contact with our collection, our material, our vision.<\/p>\n\n

They’re the result of two years of development<\/strong>, field-tested by athletes, designed to move with you \u2014 while respecting your skin and the planet. \ud83c\udf0d<\/p>\n\n

2. A human, thoughtful and sustainable pre-order<\/h4>\n\n

Starting in June, we will open the pre-sale of a selection of items<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

  • You reserve your garment with a 50% deposit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We then order the necessary fabrics<\/strong>, to make only what has been requested \u2014 no more, no less<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The manufacturing process begins here in Canada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The balance is payable upon delivery in October<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    This model allows us to produce less, but better<\/strong>, while remaining attentive to your needs<\/strong>.Your feedback will guide our adjustments along the way \u2014 on fits, sizes, or colors.<\/p>\n\n

    It avoids overproduction, respects the rhythm of the craftsmen, and places dialogue with you at the heart of the process<\/strong>.Each piece is designed on a human scale<\/strong>, to meet a real need \u2014 and not a trend.<\/p>\n\n

    3. A Pink Ribbon Campaign: Wearing Pink to Give Back<\/h4>\n\n

    Starting in July, our launch will take a new form with the Pink Ribbon campaign<\/strong>, which will run until October.<\/p>\n\n

    Through this initiative, Uhumain wishes to support breast cancer research<\/strong>, while raising awareness of an issue that is too often invisible: endocrine disruptors<\/strong> present in several synthetic textiles.<\/p>\n\n

    Our answer?An exclusive collection<\/strong> of merino wool staples \u2014 for men and women \u2014 where pink becomes a symbol of commitment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    • 5% of the sale price<\/strong> is donated to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Some clothes will be made from surplus textiles, in a circular economy<\/strong> logic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
